Ingredients: chickpea coffee powder, sugar, chilled milk
Preparation:
Take a spoon of chickpea coffee substitute.

Add 1/2 a spoon of hot water and mix it well.

In a blender, add 2 spoons of sugar.(Increase or reduce as per your taste . You may use brown sugar too)

Add the liquid coffee.

Pour in 3/4 glass of chilled milk-the regular one or a slim milk :) Blend it well till the sugar dissolves.

You will now have a thick, creamy beverage. Transfer it to a container and put it back in the freezer and chill for 1/2 hr to 1 hr. When you transfer it you will find the residue of the coffee powder at the bottom of the jar. That may be discarded. You may sieve it before pouring, if your prefer. If you plan to do that, first collect the thick froth into the container with a spoon and then sieve the rest into it.

Take it out of the freezer, pour it back into the same blender .

Blend it 2-3 times on pulse mode or once on speed level 1.
